Walkers Wanted

Do you like a casual walk? Do you enjoy social connection and delight in a cuppa? You are the person Cohuna Neighbourhood House is looking for.

Cohuna Neighbourhood House is keen to start social walking groups in Koondrook and Leitchville, and needs people to take on the role of facilitators and leaders. 

Walking groups are a means for social connectedness and can provide participants with structure, familiarity, a feeling of welcomeness and inclusion, and contribute to their overall health and wellbeing. 

It is envisaged that, like the Cohuna Waters Edge walking group that meets weekly, participants are invited to join in for a cuppa afterwards.
