Victoria Police

At about 2.30pm on Monday, December 12, a vehicle being driven by a 70-year-old male was travelling along Channel Street Cohuna. He turned left into Sampson Street. The vehicle continued to veer to the left, mounted the kerb and collided with a home causing significant damage.  

There were three people inside the home at the time. The occupants were assessed by Ambulance Victoria and attended the Cohuna District Hospital for a check-up but appear uninjured. The male driver was transported to Bendigo Hospital. His injuries are unclear at the time of reporting. 

It is unclear the cause of the collision, but it is possible the driver experienced a medical episode.
