The Gannawarra Toy Run efforts have been bolstered by a significant donation from the Freemasons Foundation of Victoria (FFV).

The FFV has donated $10,000 to the Gannawarra Toy Run, which will be held on November 19 and supports local families with toys and vouchers collected and purchased from funds raised in the lead-up to and on the day of the event.

Master of the Cohuna Lodge, Grant Smith, said, “The Freemasons Foundation of Victoria and Cohuna Lodge 227 recognised the great work done by The Gannawarra Memorial Toy Run to support our community.”

The donation comes as the fundraising event, ‘A Night for Music Lovers’ was postponed due to the flood situation.

The cheque was presented to John Webb, co-ordinator of the Gannawarra Toy Run, by Cohuna Lodge members, Anthony Troy and Grant Smith.
