The Long and Winding Road...

Barham residents will soon see even more connectivity between the bridge and the main street, with the construction of a new footpath in Riverside Park.

The footpath is another step in the overall park improvement project which has seen various upgrades over the last two years, including landscaping, playground equipment, park furniture, lighting on the boardwalk and the pontoon.

The footpath will deliver improved accessibility for walking, cycling and general access for locals and visitors coming into Barham over the bridge.

Works commenced this week with an anticipated completion date of 12 December.
