Barham-Koondrook Historical Society

The Barham-Koondrook Historical Society conducted a street raffle during August and September and the winning tickets were drawn on September 5 by staff at the Barham Newsagency.

The first prize, a $200 fuel voucher, was won by Mabin Grainger from Koondrook. A $50 local shopping voucher was the second prize and was won by Helen Coote from Barham, and the third prize, a $25 shopping voucher, went to Prue Morton from Barham.

All winners also received a copy of the Society’s WW1 ANZACS history book. An extra copy of the ANZACS book was allocated as a fourth prize and the winner was Christine Dartnell from Barham.

The Society congratulates the winners and thanks all participants who bought tickets, and regrets that not everyone could be a winner. The assistance of the ticket-selling volunteers was also greatly appreciated.
