Police Report - September 18, 2025
GANNAWARRA
Vehicle tampering: Between 8pm on Monday the 8th of September and 8am the following day, it is reported that offenders have forced the fuel cap off a vehicle, but it appears nil fuel has been stolen.
SWAN HILL
Theft: Between 8.30pm on Friday the 12th of September and 8am the following day, it is reported that offenders have attended a property in Birdwood Avenue Nyah West and stolen tools from a tool trailer. Tools include a Bostick oil nail gun, Ramset hammer drill, Makita router and other items.
Theft: Between September 7th and 14th, it is reported that offenders have attended a shed on Monash Drive, Nyah West and stolen a newly installed Emerald split system hot water service.
Number plate theft: Between 6.30pm on Thursday the 11th of September and 8.30am the following day, it is reported that offenders have stolen number plates from a vehicle parked in Monash Drive, Nyah West, plate BEW308.
Deception: On Wednesday the 10th of September, the victim was arranging the purchase of a puppy online. After some toing and froing, the victim was asked to transfer cash to pay for a crate, which would be reimbursed, another request for cash came through which triggered warning bells for the victim who realised that they had been deceived.
Arrest: On Saturday the 13th of September, police were talking to a 43 year old female in Swan Hill. A search was conducted of the backpack she was carrying, where a weapon was located, along with what is alleged to be methyl amphetamine and cannabis. She was arrested, charged and bailed to attend court at a later date.
Vehicle theft: Between 9pm Tuesday the 9th of September and 7.30am the following day, it is reported that a silver 2010 Toyota Camry sedan was stolen from Standen Street Swan Hill. The vehicle was located on Back Boga Road on Thursday the 11th Septe,ber.
BULOKE
Theft: Between Friday September 5th and Thursday September 11th, it has been reported that offenders have attended a property on Slocombes Road, Warmur and stolen a McCullock chainsaw, Stihl chainsaw, Victa lawn mower and other items from a shed.
Theft: Between 6.30pm on Monday the 8th of September and 9.30am the following day, it is reported that registration plates were stolen from a vehicle parked in Horace Street, Sea Lake.
