• At about 12.45am on August 31, emergency services responded to a crash at the intersection of Gonn and Cobwell streets, Barham. A white Subaru driven by a 24-year-old female failed to give way as she drove west through the intersection on Gonn Street, and she collided with a silver Toyota Landcruiser driven by a 33-year-old male who was travelling north along Cobwell Street.
The drivers of both vehicles were subjected to a breath test and the male driver returned a positive reading. The male was arrested and conveyed to Barham police station, where he returned a reading of 0.058 and was charged with low range PCA. A 20-year-old male in the Subaru was taken to Barham Hospital where he was treated for injuries sustained as a result of the collision.
• Police are appealing for witnesses after a report of a break and enter which occurred between September 1 and 2 at a business in Riverview Drive, Barham. The offenders have forced entry to the business and stolen a sum of money. Anyone with information is urged to contact Barham Police on (03) 5898 4940 or Crime Stoppers.

• At about 7pm on Friday, September 6, a 47-year-old male was out to dinner with his family in Kerang when he was approached by a male and assaulted. The victim sustained a cut to his eyebrow requiring stitches. The offender is known but is yet to be interviewed by police.
• Between August 23 and September 5, offenders have attended the Quambatook Lawn Cemetery and forced entry to a shed and stolen fuel, a chainsaw and hand tools.
