- On October 18, police executed a search warrant at a Lilac Avenue address in Kerang. This was in relation to multiple false reports to police over an extended period. Electronic devices were seized and a male person was arrested and interviewed, making full admissions. He was bailed to Kerang Court.
- On October 18, police attended a Dunlop Street address in Kerang in relation to two young females who were intoxicated. Police instructed the females to go and remain inside. As a result of this direction, one of the females grabbed the police officer’s glasses and threw them away. This female then went inside. A loud commotion erupted inside the premises. Police entered to keep the peace. Once inside, police observed an assault taking place. Police intervened. One officer was kicked in the leg multiple times. Eventually, the situation calmed down and police left the scene. Two females are to be interviewed at a later date re Assault Emergency Services Worker.
- On October 14, a farmer has left his Honda quad bike and attached trailer unattended near Worsley Road, Tragowel. On returning the next day, the bike and trailer were gone. Police are asking for assistance re the whereabouts of the bike and trailer.
