  • At about 1.30pm on Friday, October 6, police came across a vehicle at the Lake Meran Campground. The vehicle had false plates attached. A male was found in the driver’s seat. A search of the vehicle found butanediol and a knife. The 31-year-old male was arrested for possessing a drug of dependence and other offences. He was charged and remanded in custody.
  • On the morning of Monday, October 2, the rear window of a vehicle parked in Hawthorne Court, Kerang, was damaged. Over the following couple of days, it appears someone has attempted to steal fuel from the same vehicle.
  • At about 12.30am on Friday, October 6, the windscreen of a vehicle parked in East Street, Kerang was broken.
  • At about 11pm on Wednesday, October 4, a fire started at a home in Hastie Court, Kerang, causing significant damage. The occupant was not home at the time.
