This has caused extensive damage to the vehicle, with the trailer flipping and the utility then catching fire. A second vehicle has then attended, trying to remove the damaged utility, failing to tow it free. So, the utility has been abandoned and the occupants have left the scene with the second vehicle. The fire engulfed the vehicle, spreading to a nearby fence. Thankfully, CFA have arrived and been able to extinguish the fire fairly speedily.  Obviously, the offending driver failed to call for help or remain on scene to speak to police. A witness coming upon the aftermath had called 000 and managed to video some of the unfolding situation, being useful for the ongoing police investigation.

It was a couple of weeks later he was drafting cattle from the same paddock he noticed that three Friesian heifers were missing. They are 15-18 months old and valued at approximately $1,500 each.

The card was located in the victim’s wallet and when she got into the ambulance and placed thing back in her bag, she noticed that $150 had been stolen from her purse.
