All players at Macorna Football Netball Club will wear specially designed uniforms during the Indigenous Round this Saturday to coincide with NAIDOC Week. They will be joined by traditional Indigenous Round rivals Wandella.
Both clubs were the first to introduce the event in the Golden Rivers Football Netball League in 2018 and it has remained an important date on the league fixture since then to show their support for our country’s indigenous history and culture.
Macorna and Wandella will meet at Wandella on Saturday for Round 11.
