Paul Noble in earlier life was a young man making negative choices whereby he assaulted police, rammed their cars and damaged many people, including himself. He was gaoled on numerous occasions but thankfully one day a young woman who was dating Paul’s brother told Paul about the Jesus Christ of the Bible.
