For all those aviation enthusiasts, or anybody looking for a new and exciting day out, Mid Murray Flying Club is hosting the Gannawarra Lakes Muster on the weekend of March 26 and 27.
This community event has something for everybody. Free camping and caravan sites are available for those wishing to stay over.
At the Kerang Airport on Saturday, March 26, the Russian Roulettes arrive in formation at 12.00pm. There are five adventure flights available on board a Nanchang C-J-6, and there is a display of aircraft and military vehicles. TIF flights are available by Mid Murray of the Lakes District.
On Saturday night, there is a dinner and a trivia night at Sporties Hotel. Dinner tickets and accommodation are limited, so early booking is advisable.
On Sunday morning, there is a breakfast in town hosted by the Kerang Car Club, and at 9.30am, a parade of classic vehicles.
At the Kerang Airport from 10.30am, there is a community market, further adventure flights available and various displays including SES, classic cars and motorbikes.
