When the Koondrook Swimming Pool Committee saw that Saturday’s temperature was set to approach the high 30s, a quick decision was made to open the pool for a few hours to keep the community cool. Although not due to officially open until this Sunday, November 19, there was a steady crowd making their way through the gate taking advantage of free entry and a great way to spend a hot spring afternoon.
With temperatures tipped to climb again this coming weekend, Koondrook Swimming Pool will be open from 12pm on Sunday with free entry, a sausage sizzle and giveaways. Bring a friend, bring the family, and keep cool at the Koondrook Swimming Pool!
