Help Birth the River Country Art Trail!

Are you in Wakool, Caldwell, Bunaloo, Mathoura, Barham, Tooleybuc or Moulamein?

Well, you could help shape the River Country Art Trail by joining the advisory committee.

The project will see the development of an outdoor public art trail in River Country, with large-scale murals being painted on silos and water towers across the Murray River Council footprint.

The project aims to breathe new excitement into the communities, bring new visitors to the region and encourage visitors to stop, explore and appreciate our area.

To support Council in successfully delivering this project, there will be an advisory committee in each location to provide input and guidance to the project team on behalf of the community.

The role of the committee is to gather information and ideas about the project and feed this back to staff and consultants to ensure the Art Trail project is completed with community ownership.

Each local committee will predominantly focus on the mural in their community, however, they are also invited to contribute ideas and suggestions regarding other murals and the overall project.
