On Friday night, March 23, the Murray River Council held a pop-up theatre at Riverside Park. Free to the public for families to enjoy together (an animated ‘Minion Movie’).
The local Lions Club was given the privilege to cater for the event with a sausage sizzle, fairy floss and popcorn (also free) pre-movie for the public.
It was great to see families interacting, chatting, laughing and eating whilst enjoying time together on a still evening in the park alongside the mighty Murray River.
A big thank you to the Murray River Council for a wonderful evening and letting the local Lions Club participate in the event. A great night had by all.
