Fish and River Tour

Despite recent coalition MP cancellations, the Shooter Fisher and Farmers Party appear happy to tour the region and talk constructively about solutions to the current failings and mismanagement of Australia’s largest water reform. 

Robert Borsak and Mark Banasiak, both members of the NSW Legislative Council (Upper House), were in the region looking to listen to locals about protecting our river systems and restoring ecological values.

In what was a refreshing change, science-based, practical/tangible outcomes and community involvement were at the heart of much of the discussion. From river health to fish populations, open, honest and pragmatic discussions were had.
