Destination – Mt Everest!…
(“Destination – Mt Everest!”) The route up the Khumbu valley was spectacular with snow covered peaks towering above us on both sides. Eventually we climb above the vegetation zone and onto Mt Kala Patthar, summiting at 5,644 metres. From the summit there is an amazing view of Mt Everest and other peaks such as Mt Lhotse and Nuptse.
