COVID-19 Community Health, Wellbeing and Recovery Survey

Community groups and organisations are encouraged to help shape the municipality’s social and economic recovery from COVID-19 by completing Gannawarra Shire Council’s COVID-19 Community Health, Wellbeing and Recovery Survey.

Developed by Council with the support of the Gannawarra Community Resilience Committee, the survey gauges how community groups and organisations operated during social distancing measures and challenges that may exist in recommencing meetings, activities and events.

Hard copies of this survey can also be collected from Council’s Customer Service Centres at Cohuna and Kerang, as well as the following locations:

• Koondrook Post Office
• Lake Charm Store
• Murrabit General Store
• Quambatook Community Resource Centre

Completed surveys can be returned by mail to PO Box 287, Kerang VIC 3579 or delivered to either of the venues mentioned above by 5pm Friday, 7 August
