Cohuna Cards - October 30, 2025

Windy Conditions did not stop our dedicated card players from turning up. The 3 hander was in place so scores were down over the night. Mavis Prout came out winners  in the ladies, but losing 200 on the last hand did not help. Mavis Scored  2660. In the mens, Barney McLoughlan won by 100 over John Walters  with a moderate score of 2420 to get over the line from John.

The lucky door also went to Barney McLoughlan, and the mystery number of 1680 went to Gracie Craddock and Sheila Joss who started  with a bang scoring 300 in the first hand, but came back to earth over the night. That diet free food is back on the table. The jackpot did not go off. Lorna Johnson is getting more confident in making some good bids. Well done Lorna. 

 We are working on a good player to come back to cards as this player brings goodies to the club like hot salami etc.
