Cohuna Cards - October 23, 2025

Numbers are still good with the card sharps still turning up. The 3 hander came into play and usually scores are down but Gwen Campbell put that to bed with a mammoth score of 3790 to easily win the ladies. What a finish in the mens with Barney McLoughlan just In front by 10 with Tiger Des just behind and the last deal of the night Barney has gone 7 Hearts {200}  Against Lorna and Des and would you believe it Lorna Johnson downed Barney on the last card of the night so Barney loses {200} and Tiger Des wins with a score of 2600, thanks Lorna.

  The Lucky Door went to Betty McLoughlan and the mystery number of 1640 went to Lorna Johnson who holds good cards but sometimes is just not game to make it. Peter Denton back from his pre-season picked up the mystery number for the Mens.

Now for the club’s gripe we donate money to different clubs but somehow they forget the names of our club and persons, Oh well maybe next time we might seek elsewhere to give our money, like Richmond ????
