Welcome to another night of cards with the same crew turning up and after indulging in that diet-free food.

The Ladies were won by Gwen Campbell with the most improved player in Lorna Johnson close behind. At one stage, Tiger Des made 8 diamonds only to be beaten by Lorna, resulting in losing 280 points thanks to Lorna. The Men’s was won by Jim Bond who had good cards all night, scoring 2580. Sorry, Gwen scored 2400 also. The Lucky Door went to Iris Howard, and the Mystery Number went to Joyce Hull and Barry Stacey. We have a few card players in hospital and hopefully we will see them back shortly.
