10 players turned up to play cards, as we have a few on the sick list. Mavis Prout had a good night, hitting the 3000 mark with a score of 3230, to win by about 500. Barney McLoughlan  won the men’s reaching 2980, to get Home by 400 from Sheila Joss. You would not believe it but Lorna Johnson won the lucky door prize again, and the mystery number, which was a low number of 1540, went to Joyce Hull and Doug Billman. The jackpot is still climbing, so come along to the nice, cool room that we use. We are missing our party pies person who donates the pies every week.
