On a hot night 20 players turned up for our final night for this year, with plenty of eats and heaps of diet-free food after the game.
Cheryl Dove came home with 250 on the last game to win the ladies with a score of 3,300. The mens, we had a new winner in John Walters, who scored 3,370. A few players hit the 3,000 mark. Iris Howard scored the lucky door prize, and the mystery number was won by Gracie Craddock and Laurel Stacey.
The jackpot went off with Michael McGann and Sally Gray going 10 hearts, picking up $14 between them. The last night of the aggregate was played with Sally Gray miles in front with a score of 16,840, and the mens also was a runaway in Jim Bond scoring over 17,000.
The club then gave out a present to all players for their support during the year. President Laurel and Tiger Des hope you have a safe Christmas and we all support Richmond to win another flag. See you on the first Wednesday in January.
