Cohuna Cards - December 11, 2025

An even dozen card players turned up, three in their 90’s still playing good cards, showing the younger brigade how to play.

Gwen Campbell  easily won the ladies with a score of 3430, and smoking Jim Bond won the men’s with a score of 3070, closely followed by Doug Billman. The lucky door went to a 90-year-old, in Joyce Hull. In trouble early with that cough that would not go away, but Joyce won in the end.

The mystery number, which was a low number, went to Joyce Hull and Tigerdes.  We have decided to close for Christmas on December 10  and return in the third week of January. Good wishes to all, and we hope the Tigers climb up the ladder, not St Kilda, aye Cheryl.
