A new bowler, Margaret (of Barham) practised on the mat whilst we held our meeting before we began bowling.
This year’s Bowls Tournament has been cancelled due to COVID-19, but a voting change with five votes to hold tournament plus four against, saw it proposed for April 17. So, watch the paper for details.
With Tim and Kath manning the table for the night, we played 10 ends on mat one.
Team 1 saw Rod and Heather against Kath, Barb and newbie, Margaret of Team 2.
Team 1 went down by one, so it was a close game.
