January 14 saw us play 12 ends on mat one. Lyell, Heather, Darby and Cath were against Jim’O’, Barb and Maggie. Kitty was removed to the river by Lyell on the first game. Blue bowls were desperate for a win against a stronger team on Yellow. Heather bowled with such touch; does as she’s told, sometimes.
Cath got the raffle. Next Thursday, January 21, join us for a meal before bowls at 6pm. A meeting will follow bowls.
