It is not every day that a special children’s author calls to town, but Cohuna is in for a treat when Sarah Hill visits next week. 

Sarah, who grew up in Cohuna will read her book, When the Smiles Went Missing at a special story time session at the Cohuna Library next Tuesday, April 27 at 10.30am.

Gannawarra Shire Council Acting Chief Executive Officer, Stacy Williams said, “The Gannawarra Library Service is pleased to welcome Sarah back to Cohuna and thanks her for the opportunity for families to hear her read her new book. 

 “When the Smiles Went Missing focuses on the COVID-19 pandemic from the perspective of her son, Nate, and has grown from what was meant to be a family keepsake to a popular book that captures a time we will not forget.”

The book will be available for purchase for $16, with cash purchases accepted.
