Brrr!  Winter has really impacted us the last couple of weeks! The cold winds have started blowing, snow has been falling on the high country  and thankfully some very welcome rain fell across  much of our farming land. This is a reminder that on Saturday June 21st  we in the southern hemisphere have our “winter solstice”, the day with the shortest hours of sunshine for 2025.
