BARHAM
At 11:30am on 20 August 2025 NSW Health inspectors and NSW Police attended a local business on Murray Street, Barham to conduct an inspection under the Public Health Act. During the inspection a quantity of illegal cigarettes were located and seized. The owner of the business was issued a warning by NSW Health for selling illegal cigarettes.
Between 3:00am and 3:30am on 19 August 2025 several offenders attended a commercial property on Lawson Road, Barham, g aining access to the enclosed yard. The offenders stole approximately 500kgs of copper wire, five Stihl chainsaws and two electrical transformers. Police request that anyone who has information in relation to the break and enter call Crime Stoppers or Barham Police.
