It was a big day for the 11 students, the staff, volunteers and parents of the Leitchville Primary School last Friday as they welcomed the State Member for Murray Plains, Peter Walsh and Gannawarra Shire mayor Garner Smith to the opening of the Milky Bar Garden and presentation of the school’s leadership badge to Ryder Smith, the incoming school captain for 2025.
