I can’t do 10 things at once, as much as I have tried. I’m not an octopus. Juggling numerous things at once does not come naturally for me; I prefer to have a think for a moment and approach tasks as my brain permits. However, that does not stop me trying to wash dishes while cooking and serving up dinner, breaking up fights between the kids and having a conversation with my husband. Evidently, something must give which will usually result in the raising of my voice to an unattractive tone. Brain overload, if you like.
Our brains are not equipped to take in and act upon too many tasks at once.
