All around us autumn leaves have begun falling with increasing frequence as this autumnal season  draws to a close and the cooler days of winter impact us. On a recent autumn day I was cycling around  Lake Weeroona and stopped to observe some radio controlled model yachts nearly becalmed on the still waters. In the background stood some elm trees bursting forth with autumn leaf colouration and while I was photographing this scene a person nearby carrying a canoe expressed her delight to me of the stunning autumn scenery all around us.
