
On a recent autumn day I was cycling around Lake Weeroona and stopped to observe some radio controlled model yachts nearly becalmed on the still waters. In the background stood some elm trees bursting forth with autumn leaf colouration and while I was photographing this scene a person nearby carrying a small canoe expressed her delight to me of the stunning autumn scenery around us.
