A bush Christmas… tiny white clematis stars light up a dim and damp tree fern gully, and a Christmas bush, resplendent in all its frothy white glory seems to take pride of place on a grassy slope. Eucalyptus scent is strong in the morning and there’s that wonderful smell of summer grass that somehow conjures up memories of summers and Australian Christmases past.
